Omg, The Following! I'm so glad they decided to make a second season. Such a great show. Any Game of Thrones fans? I haven't watched the third season yet, no cable, but I know the fourth season is about to start. I'm reading the fifth book now.
Any awesome dessert would be good tonight ;D

I find The Following to be the most contrived insult to intelligence out there. So yeah, that's out now. Whew.

Mmmm..... Pineapple..... what?!?!?! You sound like my husband, he doesn't like Monday night's haha. He totally has your opinion's back. I'm a sucker for drama (on tv, not real life). I've learned I collect interesting coffee cups. I say I learned because I never thought I collected anything other than books but when I bought a cup in the shape of a pink hedgehog it dawned on me

I'm all for a good drama, but the contrived writing and implausible situations of the Ryan Hardy are unforgiveable. Austin Powers writes better drama, than the hacks at FOX. Look, I loved Saw and it's fantastical story, but what I don't appreciate is that this series is trying to make the events around Joe Carroll seem routine, when they're anything but.
I experinced close hand the Christopher Dornor drama last year...if there were a Joe Carroll scenario, especially in America, you'd never get 1/4 of what you see on The Following.

I've only watched a few episodes of the Following, so far, it's no worse than some of the other "cop shows". It sure beats Duck Dynasty, Glee, American Idol, Survivor, X Factor, Amazing Race, Biggest Loser, The Bachelor, The bachelorette, Real Housewives of___________ (fill in the blank, etcetera ad nauseam....

I'll give it entertainment value, absolutely. Fox, just don't try to sell me it as real, and we'll get along fine.
Today I learned I care to much about Hollywood. Let it go, mr. palehorse, let it go.

palehorseI actually specialize in English, but I am currently teaching MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health) and Filipino. It is really hard to teach across the fields but it is what they say, teachers must be versatile and are jacks-of-all-trades (Am I saying it right?).
