Despite the additional challenges caused by the pandemic, in 2021 they presented the result of years of work: ALMARANTO , a luxurious Relais and Boutique Hotel, featuring the ADAGIO gourmet restaurant , the ANIMA bistro restaurant, and the ADAGIO ACCADEMIA cooking school . The renovation of ALMARANTO was guided by respect for the territory and a sustainable commitment. The structure has been preserved in its original charm, but enriched with intelligent design elements. The interiors, carefully designed by Alexa Schulte and embellished with furniture from their personal collections, reflect the richness of the owners' international experiences and their love for this land.
